Streamlined design and easy to operate
The combustion chamber has an ergonomically-correct design that makes it easy to fire up and clean. The concealed ash pan provides a streamlined design, while at the same time ensuring minimal dust deposits in the room. There is a practical storage compartment underneath the combustion chamber, where you can keep wood, kindling or tools. The handles are cool to the touch, so you do not burn your hands when operating the stove. Air control is elegantly located at the top and is easy to operate. This ensures optimum firewood combustion.
Varde Shape 1 has a cast iron top plate, grate, base and smoke outlet, which not only offer solid craftsmanship and extend the durability of the stove. The cast iron also means longer heat retention.
As standard, Varde Shape 1 has a top-mounted smoke outlet. If you prefer a cleaner appearance, there is a rear smoke outlet you can use instead.
A better climate with AirBox system
Varde Shape 1 features an AirBox system that allows the wood-burning stove to draw air from outside the home, instead of from the room where it stands. This produces better combustion and a better indoor climate, especially if your home is densely insulated. All you have to do is connect a flex pipe kit.
