Complaints / Warranty

If you have been so unlucky that something on your wood-burning stove is broken, please complete our warranty form.

Once we have received your warranty claim, we will process it as quickly as we can and help you to the best of our ability. You are entitled to submit a complaint within two years of the purchase date of your stove.

Part of something bigger - NIBE AB

VARDE Ovne was sold to the Swedish NIBE Industrier AB group in 2006. The group has business activities in three areas; climate solutions, elements and wood-burning stoves. NIBE is a limited shareholding company with approx. 15,000 employees in Europe, North America, Asia and Australia.

We think about the environment

Not only do we ensure that VARDE wood-burning stoves are environmentally certified, we also consider the environment in other contexts.

Use of the Internet produces large quantities of CO2 due to power consumption. Not only do the servers that host websites consume power, but so do Internet users (computers, monitors, modem etc.).
